Communism here we come!

I am reposting this journal as a favor to a friend and to hopefully educate the public on the undertaking that is going on right under your nose.

This is serious people!!! If you don't believe me, google it and read it!


If you try to read the entire bill, which is 1017 pages and shrouded in political doublespeak, you would be totally confused at the end. I know, I read it!
But here are some very interesting facts, yes these are FACTS, from this bill. Communism here we come if this gets passage! This is not a forward, this is my research on this subject.

• Page 16: States that if you have insurance at the time of the bill becoming law and change, you will be required to take a similar plan. If that is not available, you will be required to take the government option!
• Page 22: Mandates audits of all employers that self-insure!
• Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
• Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)
• Page 42: The "Health Choices Commissioner" will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice. None.
• Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free healthcare services.
• Page 58: Every person will be issued a National ID Healthcard.
• Page 59: The federal government will have direct, real-time access to all individual bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.
• Page 65: Taxpayers will subsidize all union retiree and community organizer health plans (example: SEIU, UAW and ACORN)
• Page 72: All private healthcare plans must conform to government rules to participate in a Healthcare Exchange.
• Page 84: All private healthcare plans must participate in the Healthcare Exchange (i.e., total government control of private plans)
• Page 91: Government mandates linguistic infrastructure for services; translation: illegal aliens
• Page 95: The Government will pay ACORN and Americorps to sign up individuals for Government-run Health Care plan.
• Page 102: Those eligible for Medicaid will be automatically enrolled: you have no choice in the matter.
• Page 124: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No "judicial review" is permitted against the government monopoly. Put simply, private insurers will be crushed.
• Page 127: The AMA sold doctors out: the government will set wages.
• Page 145: An employer MUST auto-enroll employees into the government-run public plan. No alternatives.

The case for IMMIGRATION!

Immigration through Teddy Roosevelt's eyes circa 1907

The following is a direct quote made by President Theodore Roosevelt during a speech in 1907. He was addressing the immigration question which was as prevalent then as it is today.

“In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes and American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against such a man because of his creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American and nothing but an American … There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag … We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language … and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is loyalty to the American people”


I’m sure that many reading this quote will cry “racism” or “Roosevelt was a Republican” or some other slur to support their weak position. But consider this:

Theodore Roosevelt was the first president to recognize individual rights by specifically singling out African-Americans and their (plight) in American society.

He was also the “Father of the National Parks” for his intense interest in our country’s wide open spaces and their preservation. Definitely a major point for environmental enthusiasts that think Al Gore created the movement along with the internet!

Teddy was also the first U.S. President to actively go after big business so intensely that he was also nicknamed “Trust Buster” by both his followers and adversaries.

President Roosevelt’s words concerning the definition of an American immigrant are both simple and clear. Lincoln once said, “A country divided ………” and it’s exactly what Roosevelt meant with his words.

If we are to go forward as a country, we must be a country of Americans first. If not, our destiny (or fate) is to be that of the former Yugoslavia. We too will become a nation of many voices and little strength.

Those are not words to be argued, but rather to embrace.

Two more aspects of Roosevelt’s time in office run parallel to President Obama’s presidency thus far:

Theodore Roosevelt was also awarded the Nobel Peace Prize early in the last century. Of course, HE did not win it for political reasons, but rather for his extraordinary lifetime dedication to the environment, the common man’s quality of life and the enrichment of the human condition.

Secondly, he served only one elected term in the White House. A feat President Obama seems intent on duplicating in 2012!

Just a Random Thought!

On Minorities:



We need to show more sympathy for these people.

* They travel miles in the heat.

* They risk their lives crossing a border.

* They don't get paid enough wages.

* They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.

* They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a

different language.

* They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day ~ every day.

I'm not talking about illegal immigrants ~ I'm talking about

our troops! Doesn't it seem strange that many Democrats and Republicans are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegals, but don't support our troops, and are even threatening to defund them?
